Gravel BUR Roof gets cleaned and Spray Foam roof applied over top
By simply cleaning of the gravels, brooming and blowing the roof dry. Putting up plastic over all the railings - we were able to install a Conklin Foam and Benchmark coated roof over top of this section of the house. The ceiling below is exposed so there was no insulation and no way to mechanically fasten a roof to the deck. Spray foam was the best solution - hands down!
